Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your homework images, solve history, and feedback will be permanently removed.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Instant)
- Open the SolveCraft — Learn & Solve app on your device
- Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner of the dashboard
- In the Profile Details dialog, scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Web / Email Account Deletion Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your device, you can request account & data deletion by emailing ZetaShift Labs directly:
Send an email to support@zetashiftlabs.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - SolveCraft" and include your registered email address. All account data will be permanently wiped within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your email address and display name
- All homework images you uploaded
- All solve history and solution records
- All feedback (ratings and comments)
- Your subscription status
- Your device identifier
What Data Is Retained
The following data is retained after account deletion as required by law:
- Payment records: Retained for 8 years as required by Indian tax regulations
- Free trial abuse flags: Retained to prevent system abuse (does not contain personal data)
